Who we are
Wash Care Services is an appliance repair workshop based in Dwarka, Delhi, run by technicians with more than 25 years of hands-on experience repairing washing machines, dishwashers and microwaves. We are not a call centre that forwards your job to whoever happens to be free. When you call us, you deal directly with the people who will actually fix your appliance, and who have seen the same faults across thousands of Delhi homes.
Over 25 years we have learned what genuinely goes wrong with each brand and model, which is why we usually diagnose a fault quickly and fix it on the first visit.
How we work
Our process is simple and transparent. You tell us the appliance, brand and the problem. A technician reaches your home the same day, in a slot you choose. Before any work begins, we diagnose the fault in front of you, explain what is wrong in plain language, and give you the exact cost. You decide whether to go ahead. Nothing is opened up or replaced without your approval, and there is no charge added at the end that you did not agree to.

We operate from a real, fixed workshop in Dwarka: F-16 Nand Ram, Mahavir Enclave Part 3, Nandram Park, Near SBI ATM, Dwarka Sector 13, Delhi 110078. A physical address matters. It means we are accountable, reachable, and here to stand behind our repairs, not an anonymous listing that disappears after a bad job.
Training and genuine spare parts
Our technicians are trained across all major brands, including LG, Samsung, IFB, Bosch, Whirlpool, Haier, Siemens, Godrej and Panasonic. We use genuine spare parts wherever possible, and reliable compatible parts when a genuine part is unavailable or discontinued, always telling you which is being fitted. Every repair carries a 90-day written warranty on labour and replaced parts.
