Front-load machines

Front-loaders clean well and use less water, but they are the most complex to repair. Their rubber door seal perishes and leaks, their drum bearings wear and start to grind, and their heating element scales up in hard water. Reaching the bearings or element means stripping the machine down, which our technicians do in your home.

Top-load fully automatic machines

Top-loaders are simpler and more forgiving. The common faults are a worn drive belt or coupling, a failed lid switch that stops the spin, a tired drain pump, and suspension that lets the tub knock against the cabinet.

Semi-automatic twin-tub machines

Still found in many Delhi homes, semi-automatics have separate wash and spin tubs, each with its own motor. Faults are usually mechanical: a burnt motor, a failed timer, a snapped belt or a spin lid safety switch. They are quick and economical to put right.

Washer-dryer combinations

A washer-dryer can fail on either side. If washing works but drying does not, the drying heater, a thermostat, the fan or the condenser is usually at fault. We treat the two halves separately so you only pay for what has actually failed.
