Booking a visit

Getting an appliance repaired is quick. Call or send a WhatsApp message with three things: the appliance and brand (for example, an LG front-load washing machine), a short description of the fault, and your area or sector in Dwarka. We reply within minutes, confirm a same-day slot in a time window you choose, and the technician calls before arriving. There is no long form to fill and no waiting on hold with a call centre.

If your appliance is showing an error code, send us the code too. It often lets our technician arrive with the right spare part already in hand, so the repair is finished in a single visit.

Finding our workshop in Dwarka

Our workshop is in Mahavir Enclave Part 3, Nandram Park, next to the SBI ATM in Dwarka Sector 13. If you are coming from Dwarka Mor metro or the main Dwarka sectors, the SBI ATM is the easiest landmark to navigate by. Most customers never need to visit, since we work at your door, but a real, findable workshop is your assurance that we are an established local business, not an anonymous listing.

Service hours

Open every day, 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. For urgent faults, message us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to reach you the same day. If you contact us after hours, we will confirm your booking first thing the next morning.

We cover all sectors of Dwarka and the surrounding South West Delhi areas, including Vasant Kunj, Vasant Vihar, Janakpuri, Rajouri Garden and Vikaspuri.
